Modeled off of our Bloomer Pants, we are now offering comfortable, everyday shorts for all occasions. With a loose fit, mid-rise elastic waist, and made with high-quality cotton, these super soft shorts can be worn from morning to night. Wear under a Daydress or all by themselves. The Bloomer Shorts are handmade by a small network of women in New York City.
