Jimmy Red Gluten-Free Cornbread Mix by Chef Sean Brock. A previously nearly extinct corn, Jimmy Red is now a thriving crop and staple in Southern home cooking thanks to dedicated farmers who worked to bring it back. This mix is certified gluten-free, manufactured by Marsh Hen Mill in South Carolina. 

One package makes a 10" round loaf of cornbread. Net weight 16oz.
