The Riess milk pan is made of high-quality enamel with a thick, heat-retaining steel bottom and rust-proof flared pouring rim. This heavyweight, long-lasting porcelain enamel cookware is highly durable and has been sustainably made at the Riess family mill in Austria since 1922. Only natural minerals such as iron, quartz, clay, feldspar, borax, potash, soda, and metal oxides are used in the manufacture of porcelain enamel. There are no artificial elements, so it is 100% recyclable when it's long life is done. Dishwasher safe. Do not microwave.
