Nasrin Pickled Beets & Pomegranate

Pickled beets and pomegranate made by Nasrin Kitchen in Woodhaven, NY. The earthy sweetness of beets make a perfect match for the excited tartness that a pomegranate holds. These pickles are the most beautiful color and make a wonderful topping to salads, entrees, and anything else! 16oz jar. Refrigerate after opening.

Ingredients: pomegranate seed, beet, salt, Golpar (Persian Hogweed - used in a lot of dishes from rice to beans - is very aromatic and occasionally bitter), pomegranate vinegar, water and spices.
