Shipping & Returns


Shipping

We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. Shipping costs are calculated based on real-time courier quotes, the total weight, and the value of your order. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.

We currently ship to all U.S. locations and select international countries. If you'd like to place an order to a country not listed at checkout, please Contact Us, and we will arrange shipping and confirm the details via email.

Please note: Import fees apply to all international shipments. Your shipment's carrier will reach out with import and customs fees. We cannot estimate local customs charges.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be in original packaging and condition. Receipt/Order Confirmation is Required for refunds. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to refunds over $800.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Vintage or antique items

  • Framed or unframed artwork

  • Intimates (underwear, socks)

  • One-of-a-kind clothing and housewares

  • Food, beverages, and perishables

  • Items not in original condition

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). International shipping is not refunded for returns.

Sale Items: All sale items are final. Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credit if the desired size is unavailable. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.

Refund Processing: You can expect your refund within 4 weeks of returning your item. This includes:

  • Transit time for your return (5-10 business days)

  • Processing time on our end (3-5 business days)

  • Time for your bank to process the refund (5-10 business days)

Returns & Exchanges Process:

  • For returns, Contact Us with your order number and item details. We’ll send you instructions for returning your items.

  • For Plasticana exchanges, see this page. After we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement.

  • For exchanges of other items, please Contact Us with order details. Note: We cannot exchange differently priced items, and we cannot cover return/exchange shipping fees for international orders unless the item is defective or damaged.
