Returns
We accept returns within 30 days after receiving your order. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in original condition. Customers will assume the cost of return shipping. If the return is the result of some error on our part (ie; you received an incorrect or defective item), we will be happy to pay for the return shipping. International shipping will not be refunded as part of a Return.
Items that are on Sale are considered "Final Sale". Sale items may be exchanged for another size or returned for store credit if the desired size is unavailable. Promotions can not be applied retroactively. Undergarments and socks are ineligible for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
To exchange a footwear item, please fill out our exchange form here to receive a return label. Once we receive the returned pair, we can ship out the replacement ones. For exchanging any other item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. Please note that we cannot exchange differently priced items via mail. Please also note that we cannot cover return or exchange shipping fees or provide return labels for international orders of shoes or any other item unless it is damaged or defective.
Shipping
We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. Shipping rates are calculated based on real-time courier quotes and the total weight and total value of your order. We will send you a tracking number when your order has shipped!
We now ship across the U.S. as well as to select international countries. If you are interested in placing a special order to another country that is not listed on our checkout page, you can Contact Us and we will arrange shipping with you and confirm via email.
Please note that import fees will apply to all international shipments.
