Because of this, we can no longer ship Maileg stuffed toys with recycled polyester to Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, or Ohio due to the Stuffed Toy Licensing and Labeling Laws, which state that "All New Materials" must be used in the manufacturing of stuffed toys.
