Riess's large high-quality white enamel colander is super sturdy and can hold up to 4.5L of contents. Three of twelve outer ring patterned perforations are indented to double as a three-footed base for the colander. This heavyweight, long-lasting porcelain enamel cookware is highly durable and has been sustainably made at the Riess family mill in Austria since 1922. Only natural minerals such as iron, quartz, clay, feldspar, borax, potash, soda, and metal oxides are used in the manufacture of porcelain enamel. There are no artificial elements, so it is 100% recyclable when it's long life is done. Dishwasher safe.
