In 1957, Mrs. Solange Goyon and her husband Gabriel created their first knife, designed to peel an apple. Today, the paring knifes sleek design cuts, slices, and peels to perfection. Le P tit Tradi ("the little traditional") is the staple paring knife for which this cutlery is now known.
Goyon-Chazeau is a small third-generation family cutlery factory in Thiers, the preeminent knife making community in France.
